SHORT CURRICULUM VITAE
Laurea Degree in Mechanical Engineering, doctoral Degree in Industrial Engineering, he is currently assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Perugia, Department of Industrial Engineering. Before joining the University, he matured a significant experience in the automotive industry (FIAT).
His research activity covers simulation, operations research, plants design, production planning and inventory control, supply chain management and transportation problems, collaborative networks.
He is currently teaching courses of Facilities Planning & Design, Production Planning and Control, and Project Management at the University of Perugia. He teaches Supply Chain Management at the Master in Innovation and Business Management (MIGA) of the same University.
Dr. Tiacci is member of MISS (McLeod Institute for Simulation Science) and of SCC (Supply Chain Council).
